The Norwegian Public Roads Administration, Eastern Region, shall construct new foot and cycle bridges at the Ullevål junction, as well as develop a new Sognsvei from Rv 150 Ring 3 up to and including the roundabout by the underground.

The existing footpath between the north and south side of Ring 3 at Sognsveien shall be maintained during the entire construction period.

The foot and cycle paths shall be altered and connected to the existing foot and cycle paths. 3 new permanent stops shall be developed, as well as a temporary stop.
