The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28.9.1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2017, item 788, as amended - hereinafter: "the Act on forests") covering works in the field of forest cultivation and protection , fire protection, logging and skidding, work related to the management of the forest nursery, work related to meadow and agricultural management, as well as work related to water drainage, to be carried out at the Kaliska Forest District in 2019.
