Description:
Third party application maintenance of DGAC's GEODE (Electronic Document Management) application

Provision of maintenance services for the Civil Aviation Directorate General's (DGAC) GEODE Electronic Document Management Application, based on the Alfresco Enterprise version software package; and the provision of associated application licenses.

The expected benefits under the framework agreement are defined as follows:

— benefit 1: initialization;

— service 2: maintenance:

— — Station 1: pilotage and quality control;

—— item 2: preventive maintenance;

— — Item 3: Corrective Maintenance;

— service 3: scalable maintenance:

—— UO3-1: deepening of specifications;

—— UO3-2: realization or modification of a screen;

—— UO3-3: realization or modification of an edition;

—— UO3-4: realization or modification of an interface;

—— UO3-5: realization or modification of a batch;

—— UO3-6: modification of the physical model of the data;

—— UO3-7: data manipulation;

—— UO3-8: redesign of the interface;

— service 4: training courses:

—— UO4-1: realization of training materials;

—— UO4-2: conduct of specific training;

—— UO4-3: implementation of training modules;

— service 5: services of expertise:

—— UO5-1 to UO5-5: technical or functional assistance;

— benefit 6: reversibility.
