This operation is part of an operation related to the extension of the Vertonne technical operating center (CETEX ebusway) and the creation of a storage and charging area for a minimum of 42 electric buses, in the municipality of Vertou.

The purpose of this contract is the services of project management for the realization of design studies and the monitoring of works, as part of this operation.

The project management services to be carried out by the contractor concern the following areas:

- Electric bus engineering (storage, maintenance and charging systems),

- extension and renovation of a technical operating centre for bus-type rolling stock (building permit),

- structural design office,

- fluid design office,

- equipment and systems design office.

The purpose of this project management contract is to carry out design studies and monitor the work on the extension of the CETEX de la Vertonne and the creation of a storage for a minimum of 42 single-articulated electric buses.

The Operation is divided into a firm tranche and an optional tranche, responding to the following services:

- In firm slice (Tf):

O Realization of design studies for the respective extensions of the building and storage for future electric buses, including infrastructure works relating to the integration of the photovoltaic component of the operation.

O monitoring of the works, excluding photovoltaic component and support works.

- in optional slice (TB):

O Follow-up of the phase of the realization of the works for the photovoltaic component and support structures.

This market is organized in four main phases:

- A call for applications, which will aim to present profiles of candidates (sole holder and / or group), whose content will inform the skills and references related to the nature of the operation. The successful candidate at the end of this phase will then execute the following phases.

- studies up to the ODA phase for the entire operation (firm tranche, including photovoltaic component).

- PRO studies (excluding photovoltaics), additional missions, as well as the realization of the works (excluding photovoltaic) up to the Aor phase.

- Simultaneously with the previous phase, if the optional tranche is strengthened, the PRO studies up to the ACT phase, the associated additional missions, as well as the completion of the work up to the AOR phase for the photovoltaic component of the optional tranche.

The duration of the contract is 56 months from the date set by the SO which will prescribe the commencement of services. The duration of the contract does not take into account the guarantee period of the works.

The duration of the firm tranche is 4 years from the date of the administrative order prescribing its commencement of execution.

The duration of the optional tranche is 1 year from the service order prescribing its consolidation. The deadline for strengthening the optional tranche is December 31, 2024
