The framework will cover the construction of all types of social, private and affordable housing and be used by all members to deliver the work provided each year for 3 years (with the option to extend by 1 year) by the Northern Ireland Housing Executive.

For the purpose of this procurement and any subsequent framework contracts arising from it, Radius Homes Ltd will act as a central purchasing body. The following UK Contracting Authorities shall be able to use the contract(s):

The Integrated Design Team will consist of the following services: Architect, Building Services Engineer, Civil and Structural Engineer, Planning Consultant and Principal Designer.
