1. The subject of the contract is the purchase and supply of medical apparatus and equipment.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract in terms of the required parameters is specified in Annex 2 – technical and operational parameters.

3. The Contractor's duties will include:

1) providing, at its own expense and risk, the transport of apparatus/equipment to the Contracting Authority's headquarters, as well as unloading and internal transport to the place indicated by the Contracting Authority;

(2) connection, configuration and commissioning of the apparatus/equipment which is the subject of the contract;

3) delivery of a complete, brand new, non-exhibition product (equipment), manufactured in 2023 or 2024 – no more than 12 months before the date of delivery;

4) taking at your own expense and disposing of the packaging after the assortment has been delivered.

4. Warranty period for medical apparatus / medical equipment: minimum 24 months from the date of signing the handover and acceptance protocol.
