This consultation concerns a project management contract for the revitalization of the François Mitterrand shopping area in NEVERS (58000).
This operation is a project for the complete redevelopment of the public spaces of François Mitterrand Street, the main commercial artery in the city center, including related streets and squares. This project is a continuation of a global sequence of public action for the revitalization of the city center of NEVERS.
The main objective of the project is thus to develop qualitative and attractive public spaces, participating in the revitalization of the city heart of Nevers Agglomération.

The share of the financial envelope allocated to all the works by the contracting authority is fixed at 4,000,000 euros (excl. VAT). Distributed as follows:
- phase 1 of the works: 1,700,000 euro excl. tax (firm tranche)
- phase 2 of the works: 2,300,000 euros excluding tax (optional tranche)
the expected duration of the contract is:
- 26 months in a firm tranche from the notification of the market.
Applicants are informed that a reception of the work in phase 1 is expected for the last quarter of 2024 at the latest.
- and 36 months as an optional instalment from the firming decision notified by the contracting authority to the contractor.
The maximum period for strengthening the optional tranche is 18 months from the date of receipt of the work on the firm tranche.
