1. The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of gaseous fuel – high-methane natural gas type E, including the supply and distribution of gas to the facilities of "Uzdrowisko Busko-Zdrój" S.A.
2. The order includes delivery in the quantity indicated on the price form constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ.
3. Details of the tariff group, estimated annual gas consumption, contractual capacity in relation to individual consumption points are described in Annex 5 to the SWZ. In order to determine the forecast gas consumption in kWh, a conversion factor of 10.972 was used. Monthly gas consumption in m³ in 2022 is indicated in Annex 6 to the SWZ.
1. The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of gas fuel — high-methane natural gas type E, including the supply and distribution of gas to the facilities “Spa Busko-Zdrój” S. A.
1) The order shall include delivery in the quantity indicated on the price form annex 2 to SWZ.
2) Details of the tariff group, estimated annual gas consumption, contractual capacity in relation to individual consumption points are described in Annex 5 to the SWZ. In order to determine the forecast gas consumption in kWh, a conversion factor of 10.972 was used. Monthly gas consumption in m³ in 2022 is indicated in Annex 6 to the SWZ.
3) The indicated consumption of natural gas is estimated and indicative, which serves only the valuation and subsequent comparison of tenders, and consequently does not constitute the obligation of the Contracting Authority to purchase gas in the quantity given, which may be increased or decreased during the period of execution of the contract, and the settlement will take place on the basis of actual gas consumption at individual facilities, according to the indications of the meters according to the unit price resulting from the Contractor's offer.
4) Deliveries and distribution services shall be carried out under the conditions specified in the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended) and implementing regulations to the Act and in accordance with the provisions of the DSO Tariff.
