The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has entered into a contract with Creative Technology Norway AS for the procurement of technical services for the NATO foreign minister meeting that will take place at the turn of the month May-June 2023 in Oslo. The procurement is considered to be exempt from a notice obligation in accordance with the PPR § 13-4 letter a, cf. § 13-3 letter e.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs needs to procure technical services for the NATO meeting that will take place at the turn of the month May-June 2023. The delivery must cover equipment and personnel for the technical production. This will apply for both the concrete meeting, the press centre, and any additional events that arise. This involves services for sound, lighting, and technical AV systems for the different parts of the event.

In addition there will be equipment for interpretation services and tentative facilities for a TV studio, as well as all services connected to stage production. The estimated need will be approx. 50 persons for the events, in addition to a larger number of persons for rigging up and down necessary equipment.
