The State of the Netherlands holds a European tender procedure for the NDW partnership in accordance with the restricted procedure. The invitation to tender concerns the contract for the:
NDW Framework Agreement for Communication Support
NDW has opted for the restricted procedure for the following reasons:
• the aim is to enter into a Framework Agreement for communication support with a single supplier who meets the minimum requirements, suitability requirements, where no grounds for exclusion apply and who becomes the winner of the tendering procedure;
• NDW expects that many parties are suitable to carry out this assignment and that (more than 10) suitable companies will tender, making it inappropriate to hold an open procedure;
• the registration burden for participation in the NDW Framework Agreement for communication support for the market is not limited, making it disproportionate to have many parties register.
1 plotNDW has an annual budget of 150,000 euros available for communication assignments within the intended Framework Agreement. This applies to (for all portfolios together). For 3 years that is 450,000 euros. Given the growth of the organization, this may change over time and therefore the maximum value of this Framework Agreement will be increased by 20% to € 540,000.
