The work consists of the monthly recording of approximately 3 800 small consumption connections. The population of non-remotely readable meters should be included once every 3 years. Since readable meters must be installed remotely from October 2020, the number of monthly hand recordings will be decreasing. Geographically, the locations are mainly in the Utrecht, The Hague and Rotterdam regions
