Joint contracting of technical assistance services for the drafting of the project and construction management of the executive project for the rehabilitation of the Raval Municipal Sports Pavilion, in accordance with the PPT and the following documents:

- Preliminary draft of the proposal that has obtained the subsidy of the PIREP Program of the MITMA

- Energy performance certificates for the existing and proposed building

- Structural and constructive diagnosis of the Raval Pavilion in Santa Coloma de Gramenet

The object of the complete service comprises the performance of two services, which are intrinsically related and have a consecutive nature between them, with two phases:

- Phase 1, drafting of the executive project

- Phase 2, project management of works, made up of at least two figures: the director of works, who will be carried out by the same technician who drafts the project, and the director of execution of works, who must be the subject of a different contract
