Engineering services according to Part 3, Sections 3 and 4 HOAI 2021, civil engineering structures and traffic facilities.
Planning services for the new construction of underground, walk-in supply ducts (Lges = approx. 800 m) for the connection of the new High-Performance Computing Center III and waste heat center to existing supply ducts and for the optimization of waste heat utilization on the Vaihingen campus of the University of Stuttgart, including supply and disposal development and transport connections.
The services include the development of the east including drainage planning (routes 1 and 2) and optionally the development of the west (route 3)

Breakdown of relevant cost groups according to DIN 276-1: 2018-12:
Development east (incl. drainage): approx. 7,700,000 euros gross (KG 500)
Development west (incl. drainage): approx. 7,300,000 euros gross (KG 500) (optional)

The intention is to commission engineering services in accordance with Part 3 Sections 3 and 4 HOAI (civil engineering structures and traffic facilities) for the services of service phases 4 to 9 as well as special services of service phases 4 to 9 including local construction supervision. The requirement for approval planning is currently being clarified, so that service phase 4 and special services of service phase 4 are optionally commissioned.
