These are the realization of the public development Héméra, located on an area of 8 Ha, including the streets Potez, Lequiem, Dewoitine and the creation of a new road, and the servicing of 12 lots for industrial or tertiary activity.
The work will consist of:
- Earthworks
- Works of dry and wet networks (sanitation Wastewater and Rainwater, civil engineering dry networks, lighting)
- Road works, coatings
- Landscaping, furniture
NB: the fountain initially planned at the AVP stage will not be realized.
The attention of the candidates is focused on several specific points for this project:
- Phasing of operations spread over 3 tranches: 1 Firm Tranche (2024, corresponding to phases 1-2 and 1-3 of the preliminary project) and 2 conditional tranches (corresponding to phases 2 and 3 of the preliminary project: 2025 for phase 2 and 2026 for phase 3)
- Work in areas subject to pyrotechnic risk management
HighwaysThese include roadworks, sidewalks and bicycle paths. The estimated quantities are as follows: Roads in m2: 3200 for phase 1, 2000 for phase 2, 2200 for phase 3 Sidewalks + bike paths: 2300 for phase 1, 1400 for phase 2, 1000 for phase 3.
Dry and wet networks (including candelabra beds)These are works on sewerage networks, aep network and dry networks.
