The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Academy of International Relations, wants to conclude a Service Agreement with one service provider who is able to provide the Course in International Relations. This course is part of the overarching development and work trajectory 'International Policy Officer Foreign Affairs (hereinafter: IBBZ)'. The intention is that this Service Agreement will take effect on 2 January 2023.

The International Relations course to be procured is part of the IBBZ trajectory. This trajectory is one of the most important learning interventions that contributes to the pursuit of the mission and goals of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (BZ).

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is there to represent the Kingdom (the Netherlands, Aruba, Curaçao and Sint Maarten) worldwide and to make a difference with diplomacy in a rapidly changing and complex political field.
