Description:
Real estate cleaning services owned by 100% of the capital city Warsaw, managed by ZGN Wola, located within TZOM Koło, Młynów, Nowolipki, Ogrodowa in the period from 12.2019 to 11.2020.

The subject of the contract are cleaning services for properties owned by 100% of the capital city Warsaw, managed by the Property Management Plant in the Wola District of the Capital City of Warsaw Warsaw, located within the Local Residential Teams of Koło, Młynów, Nowolipki, Ogrodowa in the period from December 2019 to November 2020.


Real estate cleaning services managed by ZGN Wola TZOM Koło in the period from December 2019 to November 2020.

The scope of work covered by the contract relates to cleaning the internal surface, paved outdoor areas and green outdoor areas.

Cleaning services for property and areas should be carried out on the terms set out in the contract template, in accordance with the lists of areas constituting Annex 1 to the contract template and the scope of activities constituting Annex 2 to the contract template, attached to the ToR

1. In the winter season, snow removal from ul. Nakielska 4 and, if required, large areas of the area require the use of light mechanical equipment.

2. To estimate the flat-rate payment for cleaning 1 m2 of external surface and green areas, emptying street baskets and animal waste baskets should be taken into account, with replacement of bags for new ones (street baskets - 151 items, animal droppings bins - 96 items).

3. The collected waste from the property, the Contractor will be obliged to take away on his own. And the waste emptied from street bins, after segregation, the Contractor will throw into appropriate waste municipal waste fractions.

4. The Contractor's representatives, indicated for direct cooperation related to the implementation of the Agreement, should be equipped with smartphones with the possibility of using geolocation.

5. The scope of activities for the provision of cleaning services as substitutes for janitors is the same as the scope of maintaining cleanliness and order, as specified in Annex 2 to the contract template.

6. The Awarding Entity provides sand boxes.

7. The Employer does not provide social rooms and rooms for storage of equipment. It is possible to rent premises on the principles set out in Regulation No. 5923/2014 of the President of the Capital City Warsaw of 07.05.2014 - on the rules for the lease of commercial premises in buildings for a period of 3 years and the detailed procedure for letting commercial premises in buildings for a period longer than 3 years and not longer than 10 years.

8. Pursuant to art. 29 paragraph 3a The Employer requires that at least 4 people performing activities in the field of the contract are employed by the Contractor or Subcontractor under an employment contract in the manner specified in art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code, i.e. in particular 4 persons providing cleaning services

1. In the winter season, clearing large areas of snow, as required, requires light mechanical equipment.

2. During the term of the contract, the areas where door-to-door trade is conducted, i.e. Płocka 34, Żytnia 64 requires cleaning from Monday to Saturday after 1800.

3. To estimate the flat-rate payment for cleaning 1 m2 of external surface and green areas, emptying street baskets and animal waste baskets should be taken into account, with replacement of bags for new ones (street baskets - 97 items, animal droppings bins - 89 items).

4. The collected waste from the property, the Contractor will be obliged to take away on his own. And the waste emptied from street bins, after segregation, the Contractor will throw into appropriate waste municipal waste fractions.

5. The Contractor's representatives, indicated for direct cooperation related to the implementation of the Agreement, should be equipped with smartphones with the possibility of using geolocation.

6. The scope of activities for the provision of cleaning services as replacements for janitors is the same as the scope of maintaining cleanliness and order, as specified in Annex 2 to the contract template.

The scope of work covered by the contract relates to cleaning the internal surface, paved outdoor areas and green outdoor areas.

Cleaning services for property and areas should be carried out on the terms set out in the contract template, in accordance with the lists of areas constituting Annex 1 to the contract template and the scope of activities constituting Annex 2 to the contract template, attached to the ToR

1. In the winter season, clearing large areas of snow, as required, requires light mechanical equipment.

2. Garage halls in the building at ul. Piaskowa 7 and 9 (area 3,786.41 m2) require once a quarter, specialist cleaning, i.e. double use of the scrubbing and collecting machine, using water and low-foaming liquids with non-slip properties and washing the edges of surfaces inaccessible to specialized equipment.

3. To estimate the flat-rate fee for cleaning 1 m2 of external surface and green areas, emptying street bins and animal waste baskets should be taken into account, with replacement of sacks for new ones (street baskets - 128 items, animal droppings - 42 items).

4. The collected waste from the property, the Contractor will be obliged to take away on his own. And the waste emptied from street bins, after segregation, the Contractor will throw into appropriate waste municipal waste fractions.

5. The Contractor's representatives, indicated for direct cooperation related to the implementation of the Agreement, should be equipped with smartphones with the possibility of using geolocation.

Cleaning services for property and areas should be carried out on the terms set out in the contract template, in accordance with the lists of areas constituting Annex 1 to the contract template and the scope of activities constituting Annex 2 to the contract template, attached to the ToR

1. In the winter season, clearing large areas of snow, as required, requires light mechanical equipment.

2. Garage halls in the building at ul. Sławińska 2A (surface area 226 m2) requires once a quarter, specialist washing, i.e. double use of the scrubbing and collecting machine,

With the use of water and low-foaming liquids with non-slip properties and washing the edges of surfaces inaccessible to specialized equipment.

3. To estimate the flat-rate fee for cleaning 1 m2 of external surface and green areas, emptying street baskets and animal waste baskets should be taken into account, with replacement bags for new ones (street baskets - 58 items, animal droppings - 32 items).

4. The collected waste from the property, the Contractor will be obliged to take away on his own. And the waste emptied from street bins, after segregation, the Contractor will throw into appropriate waste municipal waste fractions.

5. The Contractor's representatives, indicated for direct cooperation related to the implementation of the Agreement, should be equipped with smartphones with the possibility of using geolocation.
