The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in the management of the following types of municipal waste provided by the entity or entities receiving / receiving the subject specific waste from:

• real estate located in the Lubsko commune,

• uninhabited properties located in the Lubsko commune, covered by the municipal waste management system.

The Contractor shall be obliged to use the following fractions of municipal waste:

• unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste,

• biodegradable waste (bio-waste constituting municipal waste),

• plastic packaging (metals and plastics, including plastic packaging waste, metals including metal packaging waste, multi-material packaging)

• paper and cardboard packaging.

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in the management of the following types of municipal waste delivered by the entity or entities collecting/receiving the waste in question from:

• real estate located in the Lubsko commune,

• uninhabited properties located in the Lubsko commune, covered by the municipal waste management system.

in the maximum quantity specified below, in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2027.

2. Waste management consists in waste processing within the meaning of Article 3(1)(21) of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699, as amended).

3. Whenever the Ordering Party uses waste codes, it should be understood as the codes contained in the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 2 January 2020 on the waste catalogue (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 10).

4. The Contractor shall be obliged to manage the following fractions of municipal waste:

• non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste, i.e. waste classified under code 20 03 01,

• biodegradable waste (bio-waste constituting municipal waste), i.e. waste classified under codes 20 02 01,

• plastic packaging (metals and plastics, including plastic packaging waste, metals including metal packaging waste, multi-material packaging), i.e. waste classified under code 15 01 02,

• paper and cardboard packaging, i.e. waste classified under code 15 01 01,

• glass packaging, i.e. waste classified under code 15 01 07,

• bulky waste, i.e. waste classified under code 20 03 07,

5. The estimated maximum amount of municipal waste to be managed in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2027 is:

• 11600 Mg - unsorted (mixed) municipal waste,

• 4200 Mg – biodegradable waste (bio-waste constituting municipal waste),

• 2200 Mg – plastic packaging,

• 800 Mg – paper and cardboard packaging,

• 1800 Mg – glass packaging,

• 640 Mg – bulky waste.
