1. The subject of the contract is the supply of scanners, hereinafter referred to as "the equipment", for the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk
2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is set out in Appendix 6 to the Terms of Reference – Description of the subject matter of the contract.
3. Place of delivery of the equipment: Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdansk, 6 Jana Bażyńskiego Street, 80-309 Gdansk, room 2080.
4. The customer requires a 12-month warranty for the equipment. Details of the guarantee are included in § 7 of the Draft Agreement – Appendix No. 5 to the Terms of Reference.
5. The Contracting Authority informs that the purchase will be financed by the National Science Centre under the OPUS 24 competition, project title: "Tsunami or gentle tide? European legal thought in confrontation with the French Commercial Code of 1807." Contract No. UMO-2022/47/B/HS5/00879, Task No.: 557-P020-0564-23-2A.
6. The Contracting Authority envisages applying for a 0% VAT rate on the basis of Article 83(14)(1) of the Value Added Tax Act of 11.03.2004.
