The city of Delitzsch is planning to realign its outdoor pool on Elberitzstrasse. An indoor swimming pool with a water surface of approx. 320 m is to be used for this purpose 2 to be newly built and the outdoor pool areas are to be completely renewed. In the outdoor pool area, a swimming pool with 850 m is to be built 2 , a non-swimmer pool of approx. 500 m 2 and a paddling pool of approx. 50 m 2 Part of the water surface should be created in the existing pool facilities.

In addition to the indoor swimming pool, a functional building is to be built, the existing shaft systems are to be renewed and the entire outdoor facilities are to be redesigned.

The planning services are awarded in the following 3 lots within the framework of a negotiation process:

- Lot 1 object planning buildings, open spaces, engineering structures (shaft structures) as well as advice on building physics and fire protection during planning

- Lot 2 planning of technical equipment (including bathing water technology),

- Lot 3 structural engineering.

The planning services must begin immediately after the commissioning. The client already has a feasibility study by the Bauplanung Bautzen planning office. This study is enclosed with the tender documents and serves as the basis for further planning.

The assignment takes place in stages, initially only up to LP 2 - preliminary planning. The results of the preliminary planning are to be presented to the client by September 1, 2021. The commissioning of the indoor and outdoor pools is scheduled for June 1st, 2024. The total costs were estimated at around EUR 18 million net.

The following planning and engineering services are awarded in a first stage:

- Project planning buildings according to HOAI §34 LP 1-2

- Outdoor facility planning according to HOAI § 39 LP 1-2,

- Project planning IBW shaft structures according to HOAI § 43 LP 1-2,

- Planning-accompanying building physics advice (thermal / noise protection),

- Planning-accompanying fire protection advice.

The following planning and engineering services are awarded in a first stage:

- Planning of the technical equipment of the plant groups 1-5 + 7 (pool water technology) according to HOAI §55 LP 1-2.

The services for structural planning according to HOAI §51 LP 1-2 are awarded in a first stage.
