In this context, the zone aims to purchase a car ladder with a reach height of at least 30 m, with a hive and plateau attached to it that are designed to ensure that all responders can work safely in all conditions, and that the victim can safely operate. be evacuated. The hive should be able to reach the height on the right and left side (from a possibly narrow street) to the window or terrace. For the zone are essential:

a) the maneuverability of the hive; and

b) the accessibility -for all emergency workers- of windows and terraces on higher floors.

So the zone is looking for a car ladder that meets the above requirements.

Additional requirement is that the car ladder has a fixed rear axle because the vehicle is easier to drive and easier to handle in relatively narrow streets. A spinning rear axle has no added value for the zone.

The technical requirements (see below) include these essential requirements.

Westhoek Fire Department will act as a procurement center (see below).

Orders will be placed according to actual needs, presumed quantity for Westhoek Fire Department is 1 ladder wagon per year, without commitment by the contracting authority or the entities in whose name and for whose account the framework agreement is placed on the quantities to be taken. Each order is considered to be a separate order, regardless of the execution of the remaining orders.

No minimum withdrawals are guaranteed. All quantities listed in this specifications are purely indicative. They do not bind the contracting authority or entities in whose name and on whose behalf the framework agreement is placed in any way. The contractor cannot exhaust any right from the quantities listed if any. The Contractor cannot claim compensation or any other compensation whatsoever if these indicative quantities are not reached or exceeded.
