The subject of the contract is the development of municipal waste from Spytkowice Municipality in 2022 through: sorting, recovery, composting and storage of municipal waste and other lawful waste management methods. The use of waste is to ensure that adequate levels of recycling, reuse and recovery are achieved by other methods and to reduce the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021 item 888 as amended) and the records of the Waste Management Plan for the Lesser Poland Voivodeship.
