The coordinator of the group of orders is: Montpellier Méditerranée Métropole.

The procurement procedure used is the open call for tenders. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Order Code.

Part of the services are passed according to an ordinary market. Part of the services is awarded according to a framework agreement with single-awarded purchase orders with a biannual maximum, in accordance with Articles R2162-1 to R2162-6, and R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. This framework agreement sets out all contractual stipulations. It is executed as purchase orders are issued

The management services, level 0 and level 1 service center, the preventive maintenance of the software as well as the knowledge base, as defined by the C.C.T.P (6.01 to 6.05), will be remunerated by application of a global and fixed price bi-annual.

The additional services (defined in points 7.10 to 7.34 of the Cctp) will be remunerated by applying the prices of the unit price schedule.

These services are the subject of a framework agreement with purchase orders without minimum and with a biannual maximum of:

- 6,000,000 euro (excl. VAT) for years N and N+1;

- 8 000 000 euro (excluding TAX) for years N+2 and N+4.

The maximum amounts must be understood as any member of a grouping combined.
