The purpose of this consultation is the maintenance of sanitation systems managed by the Communauté d'agglomération du Pays de Dreux with the provision of an on-call service. The services of each of the two lots give rise to the conclusion of a "composite" contract partly concluded in the form of an ordinary contract at an overall and fixed price, partly in the form of an ordinary contract at unit prices, and partly concluded in the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders without minimum and with a maximum annual order amount of 5,000 euro (s) (excluding tax).
