The subject of the contract is to grant a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 6,199.066,40 to finance the planned budget deficit of the Czarnków commune in 2019 and repay liabilities due to previously drawn loans and credits. Loan repayment dates: 2020-2036. Capital repayment will take place in the periods specified in the schedule, starting from 20.06.2020, based on the debit note (information) provided by the Bank to the Employer min. 3 days before planned repayment. The loan is secured by a blank promissory note together with a promissory note declaration. Launching the loan within 3 days of the conclusion of the contract within the deadlines and tranches indicated in the Employer's written application with final use by December 20, 2019. The Employer has the right to repay the loan or its part earlier without prior notification to the Lender and without incurring any charges in this respect .
