The CONTRACTING ENTITY requires full-time employment by the CONTRACTOR or SUBCONTRACTOR on the basis of an employment contract of at least 2 (two) persons performing full service in the scope of the contract, i.e. servicing of the Canon UV table plotter, if the performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code.
The CONTRACTING AUTHORITY does not reserve the right to apply for the award of a contract only by CONTRACTORS referred to in Article 94(1) of the PPL, i.e. having the status of a sheltered workshop, social cooperatives and other CONTRACTORS whose main goal or main objective of the activities of their organisationally separated units that will perform the contract is the social and professional integration of socially marginalised persons.

In order to confirm that the services offered meet certain requirements, characteristics or criteria necessary to conduct the procedure, the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY requires the CONTRACTOR to submit together with the offer: a certificate or statement that the CONTRACTOR submitting the offer is a service authorized by the manufacturer and has authorization to service the devices being the subject of the contract.
If the required measures of evidence are not submitted or are incomplete, they will call for submission or supplement them.
