Bron Afon Community Housing Ltd wish to appoint one Principal Contractor for the supply and installation of windows and doors at various properties its housing stock. It is proposed to engage a suitably qualified and experienced contractor under a Measured Term Contract for a 12-month period (with an option to extend for up to a further 6-month period at the sole discretion of Bron Afon) to deliver these requirements. As part of the Measured Term Contract, it is envisaged that the contractor will deliver a defined Initial Programme of work which will clear a back log of works required for 2019/2020 capital programme. Following successful completion of the Initial Programme of work, it is envisaged that a further Programme will also be issued.
