1. The object of the contract is the operation of the selective collection of municipal waste at 6 Fabryczna Street in Białogard between 3 January 2022 and 31 December 2022, which includes the provision of services for the reception of municipal waste in the PSZOK from property owners, maintaining a selective municipal waste collection point built by the City of Białogard and the development of municipal waste collected in the PSZOK.
1. From 3 January 2022 to 31 December 2022, the provision of reception services in the PSZOK of municipal waste from property owners (covered by the municipal waste management system):
(a) inhabited,
(b) mixed, which in part constitute the properties on which the inhabitants reside and in the part of the property on which the inhabitants do not reside and municipal waste is created,
(c) uninhabited in which residents do not reside, and municipal waste is produced where only public and non-public kindergartens, schools, establishments, counselling and educational centres referred to in Article 2 (1) to 8 of the Act of 14 December 2016 - Law education (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1082 of late), and nurseries and children's clubs referred to in Articles 2 (1) and 8 (1) of the Act of 4 February 2011 on the care of children up to 3 years (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 75),
from the territory of the city of Białogard, separated from the stream of municipal waste produced on these properties by type, according to the applicable regulations of maintenance of cleanliness and order in the territory of the City of Białogard:
1) paper - waste from paper, including cardboard, packaging waste from paper and packaging waste from cardboard;
2) metals - waste from metals, including packaging waste from metals;
3) Plastics - plastic waste, including plastic packaging waste;
4) multi-product packaging waste;
5) glass - colourless and colourless glass waste, including packaging waste from glass;
6) biowaste - biodegradable green and packaging waste, household food and kitchen waste, plant parts derived from green space care, including tree branches and roots, Christmas trees;
7) hazardous waste including: bulbs, fluorescent lamps, toners, etc.;
8) painted and impregnated wood;
9) expired drugs;
10) chemicals including paints, solvents, waste oils, fire extinguishers, packaging after chemicals, including aerosols, etc.;
11) waste ineligible for household medical waste due to intake of medicinal products by injection and monitoring of blood levels, in particular needles and syringes;
12) used batteries and batteries;
13) consumed electrical and electronic equipment including: household appliances, RTVs, mobile phones, chargers, etc.;
14) furniture and other large-sized waste including sanitation, carpets, carpeting, large size packaging waste made of wood, paper, plastics, metal, glass and textiles, etc.;
15) consumed tyres created in households;
16) construction and demolition waste produced in households including: rubble, brick, concrete, construction polystyrene, etc.;
17) waste of textiles and clothing.
2. The estimated annual mass of waste for use will be approximately 800 Mg. Information on the type and quantity of municipal waste collected in the PSZOK-in 2020 is provided by Annex 14 to SWZ. 3. The actual amount of waste may be less than or greater than the quantity mentioned in paragraph 2. paragraph 2, requires an annex to the contract.
4. The Contracting Authority reserves the obligation to personally perform part of the contract in the field of conduction/ collection of municipal waste and maintenance of the PSZOK located at 6 Fabryczna Street in Białogard, including maintenance of the educational path in the PSZOK.
The Contracting Authority shall not reserve the obligation of the Contractor to perform the part of the contract in respect of the transport of waste to the areas of its use.
