Creation of a sub-center

The object of the project is the creation of a computer system (sub-center) for operating the TEM-porary sidestrip release on the A8 (TSF A8), as well as the route influencing system on the A5 (SBA A5). The establishment and maintenance of operational readiness for the entire system is required. In the scope of the project, the IT system must be comprehensively tested in combination with the outdoor facilities and optimised in terms of traffic technology.

The TSF A8 and the SBA A5 are built separately from each other. First, the TSF will be completed on the A8. The construction is already being implemented. The construction of the SBA on the A5 is still being announced.

In accordance with the staggered construction of the plant, the integration of the plant into the sub-centers must also take place at a different time, i.e. in two stages. In the first stage, the TSF A8, which was put into operation for the first time, is to be integrated and put into operation. In addition, all preparations can already be made for the integration and commissioning of the SBA A5 into the existing IP. In the second stage, the SBA A5 must then be integrated, configured and put into operation in the newly built Wolfartsweier IP. The systems must be integrated into the IT system in stages.
