The studies concern the construction of four new CEMT Va class locks (2,000 t boats), parallel to the current class IV locks (1,350 t), on the Center Canal in Obourg and the Charleroi-Brussels Canal in Marchienne. -au-Pont, Gosselies and Viesville.

The studies are divided into 2 lots:

- lot 1: civil engineering studies, health safety coordination and inspection mission,

- lot 2: electromechanical studies.

This market is divided into slices:

- Firm phase: pre-project studies, project studies, submission of permit applications, drafting of special specifications, provision of plans, project safety-health coordination, control of project studies,

- conditional phase 1: award and follow-up of works execution in Obourg, coordination of health and safety and control of implementation studies,

- conditional phase 2: same as TC1 for the 3 locks of the Charleroi-Brussels canal.
