Further development of Haldenschule - specialist planner selection process structural engineering acc. to § 51 HOAI

The municipality of Kernen is planning the further development of the stockpile school on the basis of a feasibility study conducted in advance. In order to meet current requirements and requirements, the next step is to implement a sports hall with a canteen, auditorium and all-day premises as a new building.

The results of the feasibility study that has already been carried out and a project description are included in the participation documents.

Structural design services are advertised in accordance with § 51 HOAI (expected service phases 1 - 6).

The services are tendered throughout Europe in the negotiated procedure according to VgV:

- Level 1: prequalification

- Stage 2: negotiated procedure

According to the current status, the client intends to carry out the gradual commissioning.
