The procurement includes answering calls from B's tenants and others who call in with urgent problems with staffing. Incoming fault reports are registered in B's system. All conversations shall also be recorded for evidentiary purposes. All calls are answered with the shortest possible response time, i.e. within one (1) to two (2) minutes.
