The contracting authority intends to sign a contract with a service provider for the delivery of transport services for the municipality's users of various day offers within health and rehabilitation services.

The contracting authority needs passenger transport for users of health and rehabilitation services who will travel to and from day activities, including required assistance with embarking and disembarking. For individual assignments it can be relevant to notify (ring the doorbell/knock on the door) when picking up. In special circumstances it may be necessary for the driver to collect the user from inside of the user's residence, in which case this will be by agreement with the contracting authority.

The users are primarily older persons with physical, mental and cognitive disabilities.
