The Südschnellweg is part of the B65 federal road and an important part of the Hanover metropolitan region's expressway system. In order to be able to guarantee the safety and lightness of traffic at all times in the future as well, plans for adapting parts of the expressway system in accordance with the guidelines should be included.

The subject of this call is, among other things, the services for the environmental impact study and the landscape management accompanying plan. The processing of the project "Adaptation of the B65 | SSW in Hanover in accordance with the guidelines" is divided into the following parts: "Part I - Early replacement of the bridge over Lange-Hop-Strasse" and "B 65? SSW between Seelhorster Kreuz and the junction H.-Anderten (A7) ". Separate documents must be prepared for the two parts.

This approx. 6.5 km long section is a four-lane federal road without hard shoulder. The total planning area (investigation area) is expected to be approximately 750 ha in size, of which approximately 105 ha is for the section of the bridge over Lange-Hop-Straße.

- Environmental impact studies (UVS) Lph 1 - 4 according to Appendix 1 No. 1.1 HOAI for both parts;

- Landscape management accompanying plan Lph 1 - 4 according to § 26 HOAI i. V. m. Appendix 7 for Part I Bridge over Lange-Hop-Straße;

- optional: landscape maintenance plan Lph 1 - 4 according to § 26 HOAI i. V. m. Appendix 7 for Part II of the entire route section;

- Species protection law contribution to the UVS for both parts;

- Specialist law contribution to the LBP for part I bridge over the Lange-Hop-Straße;

- optional: technical contribution to species protection law for the LBP for part II of the entire route section;

- optional: technical contribution to the Water Framework Directive (WFD);

- Participation in the public relations work of the client;

- Completeness checks of the parameters acc. OGewV;

- Optional: Creation of the relevant parts of the environmental report on the approval process, creation of an approvable document, participation in the development of objections and statements, among others
