The subject of the contract is the design and execution of construction works falling within the scope of Contract Z-12/W "Modernization of the Central Sewage Treatment Plant in Toruń - II stage" in accordance with the Contract Conditions for Equipment and Design and Construction for electrical and mechanical equipment as well as engineering and construction works designed by the Contractor, fourth edition English - Polish unchanged 2008 (with errata), translation of the first English original issued in 1999 by the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (Fédération Internationale des Ingénieurs - Conseils - FIDIC)

The subject of the contract is the design and execution of construction works falling within the scope of Contract Z-12 / W "Modernization of the Central Sewage Treatment Plant in Toruń - stage II".

The contract includes:

• execution of a new rare grating in the raw sewage chamber,

• modernization of the sand removal system from sandboxes,

• replacement of pumps in the pumping station of recirculated and excessive sludge,

• expansion of the I&C system with inclusion in the SCADA system.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is presented in Annex 1 to the specifications of the terms of the contract (hereinafter referred to as "SWZ").
