Recruitment of postal services of the Regional Council of Baix Empordà.

The purpose of this contract is the provision of postal services of the Regional Council of Baix Empordà, all in accordance with the details described in the Technical Specifications that also regulates this contract.

The hiring of postal services, involves the collection, manipulation, distribution, recording and classification of notifications, with acknowledgment of receipt and without notice of personalized reception, made by the Regional Council of Baix Empordà, in accordance with the provisions of Law 43 / 2010, of December 30, of the universal postal service, of the rights of the users and of the postal market, as well as of the provisions that develop it.
