This consultation concerns the study mission relating to the safety of drinking water installations in the Béthune Bruay Artois Lys Romane agglomeration community in the face of possible threats of intrusion, malicious intent and generally understood security.
Form of market: ordinary. Award of a single market. Services divided into four phases:
- phase - initial safety diagnostics on drinking water production and distribution sites in the Agglomeration Community of Béthune Bruay Artois Lys Romane (CABBALR). Field audit;
- phase - carrying out vulnerability studies relating to the safety and security of CABBALR's drinking water collection, production and supply installations;
- phase - production of a report of recommendations making it possible to secure the works for each site;
