New output management:

Procurement of printers and multifunction devices including full service, print management (FollowMe or equivalent) and fleet management (supplies).

Printer:

- 34 A4 b / w printer ink,

- 45 A4 b / w printer laser,

- 23 A4 color printer ink,

- 5 A4 color printer laser.

Multifunction devices:

- 10 A4 b / w MFP ink,

- 22 A4 b / w MFP laser,

- 46 A4 color MFP ink,

- 11 A4 color MFP lasers,

- 11 A3 color MFP lasers.

Print Management:

Central printing: Print jobs for each user must be available at any A3 or A4 laser MFP using in-house transponders / cards (Mifare Desfire technology). A more detailed description and further requirements can be found in the LV.

Fleet management:

Consumable levels of all devices should be monitored and automatically re-supplied if needed.
