The subject of the contract is the comprehensive organization of the conference entitled "8. National Symposium CONTEMPORARY PROBLEMS OF ENGINEERING GEOLOGY IN POLAND (8th WPGI 2024)", October 2024 Łódź, including services: hotel, catering, rental of conference and workshop rooms, other organizational services.
The detailed scope and method of execution of the object of the order is specified in:
-Annexes No. 1 to SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract;
-Annex 2 to the SWZ – Draft provisions of the agreement.
The subject of the contract is the comprehensive organization of the conference entitled "8. National Symposium CONTEMPORARY PROBLEMS OF ENGINEERING GEOLOGY IN POLAND (8th WPGI 2024)", October 2024 Łódź, including services: hotel, catering, rental of conference and workshop rooms, other organizational services.
The description of the subject of the contract includes the number of conference participants for which the Contractor will be obliged to provide the service on 15-18.10.2024 under the basic contract – i.e. 120 participants and the contract covered by the option right, i.e. 130 participants and the service provided on 14.10.2024 for a maximum of 30 people, as well as information on rented conference rooms.
The Ordering Party reserves the right not to use or use part of the order covered by the option right
