1. The subject of the contract is the supply of 108 m³ of L-1 light fuel oil

acc. to PN-C 96024:2020-12 for energy purposes for 14 WOG Poznań with quality parameters:

a) calorific value – min. 42.6 MJ/kg

b) flash point – min. 56 0C

c) sulphur content – max. 0,2 %

d) freezing point – not higher than -20 0C

e) density at 15 0C – max. 860 kg/m3

A detailed description of the item of the order together with the requirements for the execution of the order shall include:

- offer form - Annex 1 to SWZ;

- description of the subject matter of the contract – Appendix No. 3 to the Terms of Reference;

- model contract - Annex 5 to the SWZ;

1) The subject of the contract will be completed in January-December, in accordance with the "Delivery Schedule" (Appendix No. 4 to the Terms of Reference)

2) Acceptance of the delivery batch by the Recipient will be carried out on working days from 7:30 to 15:00 (the delivery batch is understood as a one-time delivery of fuel oil, of one type and grade, delivered to the Recipient by tanker, identified by the Wz transport document and the certificate (certificate) of quality)
