1. The contracting authorities described in Chapter I of the SWZ shall jointly conduct a public procurement procedure (Article 38 of the Public Procurement Law). The contracting authority authorized to conduct the procedure and select the most advantageous offer (part 1 and part 2 of the contract) is the Municipality of Włocławek. Contracts will be awarded (signed by contracts for the supply of electricity) by the contracting authorities described in Chapter XVIII.

2. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in the period from 01.01.2023. until 30.06.2024

up to 1 317 collection points (PPE) with a total estimated volume (+/-10%) of 21 824.97 MWh, of which:

1) For premises and facilities (Part 1 of the contract) – 18 662.46 MWh – a detailed list of PPE is attached as Annex 1a to the SWZ

2) For the purposes of road lighting (Part 2 of the contract) – 3 162.51 MWh – a detailed list of PPE is attached as Annex 1b of the SWZ.

3. Quality standards. The subject of the contract are the supply of electricity with quality standards specified, in accordance with applicable regulations, hereinafter referred to as SWZ.

Supply of electricity to premises and facilities

1. Number of measuring systems accounting for consumed electricity 1 038 pcs.

2. A detailed description of the pre-emptive points (PPE) of the Contracting Party included in Annex No 1a to the SWZ.

3. Estimated electricity consumption during the term of the contract – 18 662,46 MWh, of which:

Zone I 10 918,63 MWh

Zone II 6 818,91 MWh

Strefa III 924,92 MWh

The above data is indicative. The Contractor should take into account possible fluctuations in electricity consumption at a level of +/ -10%).

4. Deliveries will take place from 01.01.2023. until 30.06.2024, with the proviso that the details of delivery dates (start and end) for individual collection points are described in Annex 1a to the SWZ column "Delivery period".

5. Measuring systems with tariff group B shall be adapted to the procedure for changing the seller.

6. The current electricity supply contracts will expire or terminate with effect on the day prior to the scheduled start date (“Supply Period” column). The obligation to terminate contracts is on the side of the contracting (recipients).

Part 1 of the order – summary of SWZ pp. 10-11

The supply of electricity will be carried out in the period from 01.01.2023. until 30.06.2024 Details of the delivery dates (start and end) for each collection point are described in Annex 1a/1b to the SWZ column "Delivery period".

The condition for the commencement of deliveries within the contractual deadline is the effective implementation of the procedure for changing the seller. The Ordering Party indicates the date of the order by indicating a specific date of commencement and completion of the delivery due to the need to maintain the continuity of energy supplies for individual collection points.

Supply of electricity for the needs of road lighting

1. Number of measuring systems accounting for consumed electricity 279 pcs.

2. A detailed description of the pre-emptive points (PPE) of the Contracting Party included in Annex No 1b to the SWZ.

3. Estimated electricity consumption during the contract period of 3 162,51 MWh, of which:

Zone I 929,20 MWh

Zone II 2 233,31 MWh

The above data is indicative. The Contractor should take into account possible fluctuations in electricity consumption at a level of +/ -10%).

4. Deliveries will take place from 01.01.2023. until 30.06.2024, with the proviso that the details of delivery dates (start and end) for individual collection points are described in Annex 1b to the SWZ column "Delivery period".
