The fixed task deals with the implementation of, during established periods and on defined days,

control and remediation of irregularities in all premises of all the four departments of KEA.

In addition, at all KEA's departments, and at any time, the presence of on-duty staff must be provided to carry out access control and supervision for events and the like at any time.

The precise requirements specification for the fixed tasks is described in paragraphs 4 and Annex 4. It should be noted that individual KEA sites are individually very different in terms of both the physical frameworks, the size of individual sites and current local uses.
