The subject of the contract was divided into 73 packages. The contracting authority allows partial bids to be submitted. Each contractor has the right to submit an offer for any number of Packages selected by them, provided that the offer must contain a valuation of the entire assortment within the Packages for which the Contractor submits an offer.
