1. The subject of the contract is to conduct an open tender procedure in order to conclude a framework contract in which the terms and conditions for the award of public contracts (which may be awarded during the term of the contract) will be defined, the subject of which is the purchase and delivery of brand new, original, recommended by the manufacturer of equipment or equivalent consumables for office and IT equipment (toners, drums, fusers) for printers / faxes / multifunction devices.
2. The subject of the contract has been divided into 9 lots:Lot No: 1, name: OKI; Part No:2, Name: RICOH; Part No:3, Name: CANON; Part No:4, Name: EPSON; Part No:5, Name: XEROX; Part No.: 6, Name: HP; Part No:7, Name:LEXMARK; Part No.: 8, Name: KYOCERA; Part No.: 9, name: others. 4. A detailed description and scope of deliveries is included in the detailed description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 8 to the SWZ.
