Hareid municipality invites tenderers to a negotiated tender contest for the development, engineering design and construction of Hareid health centre in a 'interaction contract with incitement' with early involvement.

Hareid municipal council has decided that a new health centre shall be constructed in the municipality on a site in the centre of Hareid, which was procured in autumn 2017. It has also been decided that the health centre shall be developed in cooperation with a private developer, with the municipality owning the part of the building that the municipality needs to meet its requirements, whilst the rest of the building shall be developed by the private developer for own use, rent or sale. An appropriate co-ownership contract shall be established so that the building is managed in a good way.
