The purpose of this consultation is the acquisition, delivery, installation, commissioning, training and warranty of a new precision ion thinner on behalf of the Centre d'Elaboration de Matériaux et d'Etudes Structurales (CEMES) -CNRS.

This consultation provides for a possible MANDATORY Additional Service for the supply of a new cooling system for the sample holder. This purchase is funded by the Horizon Europe project "AddMorePower" dedicated to the study of the reliability of power components based on GaN semiconductors.

The contract is ordinary and concerns the acquisition, delivery, installation, commissioning, training and guarantee of a new precision ion absorber on behalf of the Center for the Elaboration of Materials and Structural Studies (CEMES) -CNRS.

This consultation provides for a possible MANDATORY Additional Service for the supply of a new cooling system for the sample holder.

The Special Specifications (CCP) No. 23171 specify the technical specifications.

From the final admission of the equipment, the contractual guarantee of 12 months begins.
