This framework agreement is for the provision of development management services covering various sites across England. The framework is broken into 5 lots:

— Lot 1 — North West,

— Lot 2 — North East Central,

— Lot 3 — West Midlands East,

— Lot 4 — South West,

— Lot 5 — South East.

The term of this contract will be for 36 months, with the option to extend at the NHS PS discretion for an additional 12 months.

The estimated total value of the contract is ranged between 7 200 000,00 GBP–25 000 000,00 GBP which has been averagely proportioned across each of the 5 lots.


Lot 1 — North West

This framework agreement is for the provision of development management services covering various sites across England. The framework is broken into 5 lots:

— Lot 2 — North East Central,

— Lot 3 — West Midlands East,

— Lot 4 — South West,

— Lot 5 — South East.
