The task includes builder advice on the realisation of a whole plan for Birkeparken with renovation and
redevelopment of 249 homes, establishment of new arrival areas, new gate passes, etc., as well as renovation and
the new establishment of away areas as well as the demolition of 200 general family homes and commercial premises.
The gross floor area (BBR) is a total of about 40,500 m2, excluding basement areas.
Construction must be certified DGNB to minimum DGNB silver, and must meet the requirements of BR18 at least.
The winning bidder must assist with builder advice comprehensive advice under both
the tendering process for the total price as during the entire construction project.
The task relates to builder advice ifm. FAB's implementation of the overall plan for Birkeparken, afd. 16.
Birkeparken is situated as part of the Odense district of Vollsmose, which is why the department is governed
development plan for Vollsmose. The entrance price will be offered as a total contract in independently tendered and will
be based on a comprehensive project proposal drawn up by the contracting entity for redevelopment;
demolition and renovation of Birkeparken. In the project proposal, special attention is paid to the fact that the finished construction gets
a modern and beautiful look, executed in a good quality, so that the Birkeparken in the future retains its value
while limiting operating and maintenance costs.
Construction includes new décor, among other things, the establishment of new kitchens and bathrooms, the installation of new doors
and windows, renovation of facades, installation of new facades, degradation, establishment of new staircase and
lift towers, establishment of new common areas, establishment of new ventilation plants and new installations in
buildings and terrain as well as new away areas.
