The city of Erbach intends to build a new town hall.

For this purpose, project control/management tasks within the framework of the

Scope of service building required according to AHO.

The city of Erbach intends to build a new town hall on parcels No. 232, 237 and 238. The new building is to receive approx. 3,600 m² GFA.

The project management/management tasks are advertised in a two-stage negotiation procedure:

- Level 1: prequalification process with the selection of three participants for level 2

- Stage 2: negotiated procedure

The assignment takes place in stages:

- Level 1: PS 1 - 2

- Level 2: PS 3 - 5

The client reserves the right to award the contract on the basis of the initial offers without entering into negotiations. It should be noted that there is no entitlement to realization/project implementation.
