For the treatment of its proceedings, the Rental Commission currently uses the Rebus system, which unfortunately does not meet the needs.

The purpose of this Procurement is to conclude an Agreement with 1 service provider for the primary ICT system of the Rental Commission.

The Assignment will be provided for a system made available through a SaaS construction that fully supports the primary process of the Rental Board (intake, investigations and settlement of rental disputes).

Every year around 14000 to 15000 rental disputes (proceedings) are dealt with by the Rental Commission.

The Assignment includes the use of the communication and information system, the management and maintenance of the system and the 2-line support by a helpdesk.

The Assignment also decided that because of the ability to keep in line with the changes that the organisation undergoes (e.g. the transition to director or process improvements), changes in the system, or additions to it, should be possible to implement this for the primary process turns out to be desirable.

NB: Wherever the “Solution” is mentioned in the Tender Documents, the integral SaaS solution and associated services that cover all parts of the scope (the “scope”) of the Assignment. It can therefore also be a combination of systems provided by the Contractor as an integral Solution.
