SAA's requirement for legal services is being tendered by Shannon Airport Authority plc. for its entire business. The framework will be used to draw down legal services in respect of SAA's requirements over the duration of the framework. The framework will initially cover legal requirements for Shannon Airport Authority but will also include legal requirements for Shannon Group plc. subject to the passing of legislation to establish Shannon Group. It will also include legal requirements for any future subsidiaries, joint ventures or associated businesses of SAA/Shannon Group. SAA/Shannon Group reserves the right to purchase outside the framework agreement.
